Lewis Home Inspection follows state standards for home inspection reporting. The Home Inspection Report is written from the CT State Stands of Practice.  A typical single family home will take 2 to 3 hours to inspect and a over sized home or home over 100 years old will take 4 to 5 hours to inspect. Approximately 200 items are inspected. The report is 15 pages. Specific defects are noted in the report and major defects are listed in the report summary.  The computer generated report and pictures of major visual defects are emailed the next day.
