I highly recommend Tri State Home Inspection as the thorough and professional service provided when we had the first home we were going to purchase was inspected. The inspector found all defects, most that were major in nature. His thorough report the meticulous manner in which he did the inspection was well worth the cost as we had to walk away from the property because in the end it would have cost us over $100,000 to address all the necessary structural repairs on top of the cost of the house. We used Tri State Home Inspection on the 2nd house we were in contract with and received the same thorough and professional service. The inspector(s) detailed inspection allowed us to review the issues with contractors to have actual estimates for issues identified in the inspection.
